[EnergyPlus_Support] Loop Setup error

Hi Everyone

I have some questions about the loop setup in E+

1.Is the water heater able to connect directly with a 
cooling/heating plant in a loop?
2. Can we locate the water heater in a plant loop branch to work 
with other heating/cooling component parallelly rather than working 
alone ?
3. I link a heat pump heating to my water heater for the purpose of 
modeling the heater as a thermal storage tank.  I see the svg file. 
It shows that my heat pump is in the condenser loop, but the water 
heater loop doesn't have this component.And these warning and errors 
shows up.
