[EnergyPlus_Support] audit

Dear all:

I'm trying to audit a building and it HVAC system! I would just like 
to konw if that is possible, I mean, is it possible to simulate an 
already existing equipment?
If yes, the sizing group important? and what kind of results can I 
expect?
