And there are .rvi and .mvi files in the ExampleFiles folder to help you get 
started.  If you are using EP-Launch, Edit --> Postprocessor Command will open 
the rvi file with the same name as the current input file selection.  If it 
does not exist, it will open a new file in the text editor.  

Also, View --> Allow >250 Columns will set the option for ReadVarsESO to 
include more than 250 variables in the csv file.  But if you are using 
Microsoft Excel to view the csv results, it is not capable of displaying the 
extra columns.
