[EnergyPlus_Support] calculate the air conditioning load while setting the indoor air temperature

Hi, everyone
I only want to calculate the air conditioning load. Could you tell me
How to calculate the air conditioning load when the indoor air 
temperature is set to be 26C in the summer, while it is set to be 22C 
in the winter? 
Does this need to do any setting on the "Design Objects"?
Or any other settings?

If use the purchased air model, it needs to know the 
temperature/humidity of supply air. 

Are there any simple examples for reference?
