[EnergyPlus_Support] Set Point Manager: Single Zone Max Hum

Hello.

I would like to model an air conditioner that controls 
indoor air temperature and humidity ratio.
Currently I am using PurchasedAir for Heating and Cooling.
I desire the function of SetPointManager:SingleZoneMaxHum.

My question:
1. From my understanding, Purchased Air cannot control the 
   Humidity Ratio to a user setpoint.
   Is there any equipment that can just control the Humidity to the SetPoint?
   
2. If not, I suppose an option would be Window AC?
   There is a Window AC Latent Zone Cooling Energy Output,
   is that the energy needed to dehumidify the room air according 
   to the user Humidity Setpoint?
   How could I link the SetPointManager:SingleZoneMaxHum to Window AC?

3. Or is there other better way to do it?
