[EnergyPlus_Support] run-time error '13'

Dear users of EnergyPlus,

I have a problem.I installed new version of EnergyPlus (1.2.3) but when 
I put IDF-Editor Key in EP-launch appears to me on the screen this:

 "Errore di run-time '13':tipo non corrispondente"

Can someone help me?

I'm Italian and I'm working with Windows Xp.
