After you've "reported" the variables in the output stream, if you 
are using EP-Launch to run, "csv" files are automatically 
made.  These can be imported into a spreadsheet program (such as 
Excel) and you can use the spreadsheet program to create your graphs.

This is discussed in the Input Output reference under "Input for 
Output" as well as in the Output Details manual.
