As Dru says, it would be better to run your modified EPW through the 
weather converter -- it will make reasonably assumptions/fill for the 
missing data values.  EnergyPlus does not do much with missing values 
(though it might calculate the dew point from dry bulb and relative 
humidity -- I can't remember).

In any case, the weather converter will do a better job of alerting 
you to potential problems.
