[EnergyPlus_Support] Electric Load Manager

Dear all

I am simulating a three-story building,where a generator is in charge of the power supply. 
But I just want the generator to supply power to the third floor, and I want to know the 
influence of the power load variation in the floor on the generator. However, I find that the 
electric load manager manage the electric load for the whole building. If I make the other two 
floor use no electricity, is it suitable for my simulation?
