I think a better approach might be to split your model up into two seperate ones, one for just the third floor and another for the first and second floor. The combine results from the two by postprocessing.
The Electric load center will only work off of the electricity meter for the entire model.
If the second floor is controlled to the same temperature as the third, then you won't lose much accuracy by only modeling the third floor.

I am simulating a three-story building,where a generator is in charge of the power supply.
But I just want the generator to supply power to the third floor, and I want to know the
influence of the power load variation in the floor on the generator. However, I find that the
electric load manager manage the electric load for the whole building. If I make the other two
floor use no electricity, is it suitable for my simulation?
