[EnergyPlus_Support] Phase Change Materials

Two questions regarding phase change materials, as I've got a couple of
projects needing it (now that commercial phase change materials for
buildings are coming on the market).

1. When will EnergyPlus support phase change materials?

2. If using E+ to in its current state, what is the best way to model phase
change materials? Is there a better way than pretending they are just mass?
