If nonuniform air mixing is expected to be significant, then EnergyPlus 
would not give a good
analysis of the problem. If the system can be designed to produce 
well-mixed air near the entire
window, EPlus can do a good job - in particular, it can do a good job of 
calculating window glass
surface temperatures & the user can vary the inside film coefficients as 
desired.
