But if you are using  SET POINT MANAGER:MIXED AIR to only control the 
outside
air dampers in an outside air economizer, you would not need a 
temperature setpoint
on the mixed air node for 100% outside air. If the setpoint manager is 
being used to
control other components as well, then you will still need it, as 
Richard says.
