[EnergyPlus_Support] COMIS_opening factors

Hi,

I'm also trying to simulate a zone with night cooling. When night cooling is
needed I want to have the windows open at opening factor 0.2 and when it
isn't needed just closed windows. That means that I only want to have two
opening factors.

E+ takes an opening factor in function of the temperature difference between
indoor and outdoor, so the opening factor is variable.
Does anyone know how I can have fixed opening factors? (or a little trick
with the value on multiplier, ??)

 Is it possible to stop the night cooling when it starts raining or when the
windspeed is too high?
