[EnergyPlus_Support] An example file of ERV

Hi all,

I am looking into the example file(v1.3) "HVACStandAloneERV_Economizer" 
and notice something.
The "OA HEAT RECOVERY 1:Heat Recovery Defrost Time Fraction" has a 
value 0.3 around, but the "OA HEAT RECOVERY 1:Heat Recovery Supply Air 
Bypass Mass Flow" is zero all the time, even after I changed the HRV 
type as "Plate". Could anyone explain this?

Besides, the SVG can not be seen. A warning says:

ERROR - COULD NOT COMPLETE DRAWING! Examine ERR file for possible 
explanation. Last error message is: "Diagram pieces not linked 
(upstream): OA HEAT RECOVERY 1"
