[EnergyPlus_Support] Warnings

Dear Mike,
     I simulated a building with seven stories, each floor with two zones. I initially built a 3-storey building using EpQuick and after converting into energy plus idf file, I used zone list multiplier to multiply middle floor 5 times before starting the simulation. I ended up getting many warnings and I copy pasted some of them.
  ** Warning ** GetSurfaceData: InterZone Surface Areas do not match as expected and might not satisfy conservation of energy:
   **   ~~~   **   Area=680.0, Multipliers=1, Total Area=680.0 in Surface=FLOOR_LOWER_ZONE_A_B_C_F_MIDDLE_ZONE_A_B_C_F Zone=LOWER_ZONE_A_B_C_F
   **   ~~~   **   Area=680.0, Multipliers=5, Total Area=3400.0 in Surface=FLOOR_MIDDLE_ZONE_A_B_C_F_LOWER_ZONE_A_B_C_F Zone=MIDDLE_ZONE_A_B_C_F

       Now my question is that "Are these above warnings worth considering?" Are these above warnings suggest that there is something wrong with my idf file?
   
  
     The warning bellow suggests that maximum iterations exceeded for a purticular air handling unit(AHU_ABCF MZ) and this same warning was there for each of all the 14 air handling units. I copy pasted just one of them for brevity.Now my question is "Is this warning bellow worth considering? Is this warning bellow suggest that there is something wrong with my idf file?
   ** Warning ** SimAirLoops: Maximum iterations (50) exceeded for AHU_ABCF MZ, at FAYETTEVILLE/DRAKE AP AR USA TMY2-72344 WMO#=-, 08/22 08:30 - 08:45
      Can any one please answere my questions?
