[EnergyPlus_Support] simulation of underground floors

Dear all:
    The underground floor of the building is staff restaurant and it 
has HVAC system like other floors.I wondered can E+ do the 
simulation.Is it the same as overground floors?Are the 
OutsideFaceEnvironment set to Ground?
