[EnergyPlus_Support] Plant-condenser control problem

Hi all: I have a problem with the chillers control, we set up two
chillers totally, and there are three operation schemes:
scheme1: only the little chiller runs when the demand load is small;
 scheme2: the bigger one begins to run as the demand load becomes
enough large;
scheme3: the little chiller and the bigger one run together when the
demand load becomes more;
The problem is that how to set up the value in the COOLING LOAD
RANGE BASED THE OPERATION? What is meaning of the Load Range Lower
Limit 1 and the Load Range Upper Limit 1 values?
1.	for scheme 1, is Load Range Lower Limit 1 is equal to zero?
And is Load Range Upper Limit 1 equal to the nominal capacity of the
little chiller?
2.	for scheme 2, is Load Range Lower Limit 1 equal to the
nominal capacity of the little chiller? And the Load Range Upper
Limit 1 equal to the nominal capacity of the bigger chiller?
3.	for scheme 3, is Load Range Lower Limit 1 equal to the
nominal capacity of the bigger chiller? And the Load Range Upper
Limit 1 equal to the sum of the bigger chiller nominal capacity and
the little chiller nominal capacity?
