The problem is occuring because the Heater Thermal efficiency field 
of the Water Heater:Mixed is blank and therefore defaulted to 0.0

even though it says there is a minimum of 0.0 allowed, it creates a 
problem.  Change that and you should be okay.

I will enter a CR for this problem (CR = Change Request, defect)
