[EnergyPlus_Support] LOW TEMP RADIANT SYSTEM:HYDRONIC in combination with purchased air object

Hello.
 
Is it possible to combine/control a LOW TEMP RADIANT SYSTEM:HYDRONIC 
with a purchased air (cooling) object in this manner:
 
1. start cooling with low temp radiant system above 23 °C (MAT)
2. start (second) cooling with the purchased air object if the room temperature is above 26 °C
 
At the moment both objects starts if the room temperature of the ZONE CONTROL:THERMOSTATIC is
above the setpoint.
 
Ideas are welcome.
