[EnergyPlus_Support] Cooling Coil Error

I am getting the following error on a coil:water:cooling



   ** Warning ** SizeWaterCoil: Coil="EXTERIOR ZONES COOLING COIL", 
Cooling Coil has leaving humidity ratio > entering humidity ratio.
   **   ~~~   ** ..will be sized for 50% of entering humidity ratio.
   ** Warning ** SizeWaterCoil: Coil="EXTERIOR ZONES COOLING COIL", 
Cooling Coil has part wet, part dry conditions.
   **   ~~~   ** ..will be sized for 50% of design entering humidity 
ratio.
   ** Warning ** SizeWaterCoil: Coil="OPERATING ZONE COOLING COIL", 
Cooling Coil has leaving humidity ratio > entering humidity ratio.
   **   ~~~   ** ..will be sized for 50% of entering humidity ratio.
   ** Warning ** SizeWaterCoil: Coil="OPERATING ZONE COOLING COIL", 
Cooling Coil has part wet, part dry conditions.
   **   ~~~   ** ..will be sized for 50% of design entering humidity 
ratio.



What does this error mean?  In terms of the leaving humidity ratio, 
are we talking about the system design humidity ratio?  This error 
is totally detroying the performance of the cooling coil.
