Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Energy Cost Budget Reporting

EnergyPlus can "directly determine the design energy cost and energy cost 
budget" using the ECONOMICS:* objects to define utility rates.  In other words, 
this capability is integrated inside EnergyPlus.
