This model requires a plenum object, but the plenums could be dummy zones.  You 
should be able to get by with a small dummy zone with at least 2 lightweight 
adiabatic surfaces for each air handler, placed somewhere outside your current 
building geometry.  If you connect the return plenum after the existing ZONE 
MIXER, then only one zone name would have to change for each air handler.  
That's the best I can think of.
