There is no such equipment type in EnergyPlus.  For cooling, you should be able 
to set the performance of an air cooled electric chiller to match the heat pump 
performance, see example file 5ZoneAirCooled (but I would recommend using 
CHILLER:ELECTRIC:EIR rather than CHILLER:ELECTRIC).  For heating, I suppose you 
could use the heat pump water heater (HEAT PUMP:WATER HEATER) with the heating 
coils supplied from the "Use side" of the WATER HEATER:MIXED object.  See 
example file HeatPumpWaterHeater.  This contains 5 different heat pump water 
heaters, with one configured to serve a space heating hot water loop, the 
"Plant" HPWH - see comments at top of example.
