[EnergyPlus_Support] Energy Consumption between DOAS and VAVsystem?

HI, 

I've analyzed energy consumption between DOAS and VAV system.
DOAS needs small air flow rate and plant capacity comparing to
VAVsystem.
Of the results, However, Facility Electricity of DOAS is larger than 
VAV system. 
Apparently, I  enetered not only low value at the chiller or Tower 
capacity but small outside air to system.
(Water flow rate;0.0007§©/s to DOAS and 0.0011 §©/s to VAVsystem)
(Air Fflow fate: 0.07 §©/s to DAOS and 0.14 §©/s to VAV ssytem)

So What is the problem. And what is the demanding factor that 
affects the system energy consumption. 
In this case, What is the way to reduce energy consumption?
