[EnergyPlus_Support] Sensible cooling energy and sensible cooling rate is empty

Hi
Currently running the simulation on two zones.
First separate two zone from one single zone which is center zone and 
outside zone.
Center zone is served by VAVsystem and outside zone is served by PTHT.
In the output file, sensible cooling energy and rate is empty in 
outside zone(PTHP Zone) from 2 PM to 6 PM normally and this term is 
varied according to the weather condition.
Normally, Snesible cooling energy and rate is empty during the peak 
load time.
At a result, indoor air temperature is higher and PMV is higher as well.
What is the problem on this sensible cooling operation.
Please help.
