I do not know of a way to model this within EnergyPlus. You could estimate
the evaporation rate from the fountain and use OTHER EQUIPMENT to add a
positive latent load and negative sensible load to the zone. Or use a direct
evaporative cooler to accomplish a similar effect. But this is just bulk
changes in the zone air heat and moisture balance. To make this wall interact
with natural ventilation will require a tool beyond EnergyPlus, most likely a
CFD tool capable of modeling evaporation effects.
