No.  All three monthly stastitics for solar (direct, diffuse, and global) are 
computed the same way:

Sum the value for the entire month, then divide by the number of days in the 
month.  

This gives the average sum for 24 hrs.  It does not represent any particular 
day from the month, just an average day.
