[EnergyPlus_Support] what wrong with the E+ weather converter?

hi
I had converted a .epw file to "Square One WEA Data Format" file and
then converted .wea file to "CSV format of EPW data".
After the round , the data of "Global Horizontal Radiation {Wh/m2}" was
lossed. In the final "CSV format of EPW data" file,
"Global Horizontal Radiation {Wh/m2}" for every hour was equal "zero".
When i used the "Square One WEA Data Format" file which was converted
from a .epw file in "The Weather Tool" of Ecotect , the data of "Global
Horizontal Radiation{Wh}" was different with the .epw file.
The problem will affect the comparison between different programs.
help me ! thank you!
