You are getting the Node connection errors as a result of your other 
errors, specifically:

    ** Severe  ** Air Primary Loop 43501 AHU has no air flow
    **   ~~~   ** Check flow rate inputs for components in this air loop and,
    **   ~~~   ** if autosized, check ZONE SIZING and SYSTEM SIZING 
and related inputs.
    **  Fatal  ** Previous condition causes termination.
