[EnergyPlus_Support] Gains' Breakdown

Hi,
  Could you please guide me on how to get the zone gains /losses: internal: including equipment, lighting, occupancy, solar gains and  from the surface element (walls, floors, ceilings etc.) , infiltration and ventilation. Which report from EnergyPlus can give these values? I need to get them urgently but don't know how!
