There is no EnergyPlus report that gives this information (a future enhancement 
hopefully).  There are report variables for nearly everything in your list, 
except the contributions from the surface elements.  Scan the rdd output file 
to find pertinent variables.  Be careful to understand the scope of each 
variable, some may overlap.
