[EnergyPlus_Support] Loads Initialization did not Converge

Hi All,
I am simulating one office building and get the results as follow. The 
err file shows that the Loads Initialization did not Converge.  The 
default Temperature Convergence Tolerance Value is just 1 (deltaC). and 
i check that Max Temp Comparison=2.46 vs Temperature Convergence 
Tolerance=1.00 - Fail Convergence. It is just a warning, but i want to 
remove this warning from my model. How can i do it? Which field should 
i check?
