[EnergyPlus_Support] new questions

Hi all,
I have some questions to you:
1) I read the old posts for set outdoor temperature in a epw file. Can 
I also do it for solar radiance?
2) total solar radiance = diffuse solar + direct solar + ground 
reflected solar?
