You probably want a return air fan - see example file 
5ZoneReturnFan.idf. This is a recirc system but
can be made 100% outside air (if that's what you want) by setting the 
minimum outside air flow rate
to the full design flow rate. The Compact systems don't have return or 
exhaust fans.
