Hi Mike,

There is one more detail that I would like to clarify. There is one
more floor, a parking lot for vehicles(floor -1 below floor 1). A part
of the floor 1  is embedded in the floor -1 like an access zone from
the parking lot. People park their cars in the parking lot, enter the
access zone, which is heated or cooled, speak to the receptionist and
go to the stairs up to the floor above. How can this be correctly
simulated? 

The objective of this simulation is to obtain annual energy building
consumption.
