The main difference is because the map values are instantaneous values at the 
time indicated, but the hourly report variable values are the average for the 
ending at the time stamp.  If you change the report variable reporting 
frequency to be "timestep" you will see that values are much closer.  They will 
not be exactly the same due to the interpolation method used to produce the 
illuminance map.  The daylighting reference point values are more accurate.
