I am not familiar with this terminology.  Would you please describe it in more 
detail?  The only model in EnergyPlus which simulates water flowing within a 
heat transfer surface (such as an external wall) is the radiant cooling model 
(LOW TEMP RADIANT SYSTEM:HYDRONIC or LOW TEMP RADIANT SYSTEM:CONSTANT FLOW).
