[EnergyPlus_Support] Design Builder Error

Dear Forum,

I am modeling a house with EnergyPLus and I am using the DesignBuilder 
as a graphic interface. I run succesfully the Heating Design simulation 
and when I attempted to run the Cooling Design simulation I had the 
error messages : "Missing component user data: profile id 10047". If 
you are using DesignBuilder could you tell me what this eeror might be? 
Component Data are construction elements, schedules, and other modeling 
data that I am working on revising them in my model. But I was checking 
in the internet about 10047 errors and they have to do with firewall 
protection. Do you think there is such a possibility? But on the other 
hand I had a perfect run for the Heating Design...Your help will be 
essential, Thank you in advance.
