[EnergyPlus_Support] Zone exhaust fan example

I have a five zone building in which outside air enters through the core zone, and then it is 
distributed (via cracks around doors, etc) into the four perimeter zones.  I looked through the 
archives and found a thread (Air Flow between Zones, answered Jan 26, 2008) that explained 
how to do this, but I can't get the suggested solution with a zone exhaust fan to work.  I 
have two problems:

1) Unbalanced airflow (In zone 873, there is unbalanced exhaust air flow...)
2) The HVAC diagram does not get drawn (Started HVAC Diagram... Ancestor to the following 
box is a splitter: OUTSIDE AIR BALANCING FAN)

I looked at 5ZoneEndUses.idf, and it seems to have errors, too (unbalanced airflow, HVAC 
Diagram errors).  Consequently, I don't have a working example that I can use to get my 
simulation running.

I'd appreciate any help you can offer.
