RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Connector list for Air Primary Loop

Unless you have a dual duct system, you don't really need a Connector
List.  That field can be left blank in the Air Primary Loop.  

 

The Zone Splitter is on the demand side of the air loop and only needs
to be referenced in the Zone Supply Air Path.  Similarly the Zone Mixer
is referenced in the Zone Return Air Path.

Dear EPlus support team,

Will someone please explain:

The Air Primary Loop asks for a Connector list.
The Connector List object asks for the types of components, and
Splitter and Mixer are the only acceptable choices.
When I use the ZONE Splitter and ZONE mixer names within the Connector
List, I get a Severe error.
What am I supposed to do?
