[EnergyPlus_Support] How to precondition outside air?

I'm trying to model an HVAC system that uses preconditioned outside air. 

The system in question uses an evaporative cooler to cool the outside air before it reaches 
the main cooling coil (it also has a gas furnace to warm the outside as required).  I'm looking 
for suggestions as to the proper way to implement outside air preconditioning within 
EnergyPlus.

I appreciate any help you can offer.
