[EnergyPlus_Support] Reposting the Shading Control issue

Just poping this back hoping that someone gives me some guidance help.

Thanks
Nuno
----------------------------------------
Dear All,

I´m simulating a building with shading(exterior blinds) in its windows.
The shading control should be as follows:

from 0 to 8h: shading is always on
from 8h to 21h: shading is on if outside air temperature exceeds 20ºC
and its off if outside air temperature is less than 20 ºC
from 21hto 24h: shading is always off

The best approach I could obtain was to define a schedule control
always equal to 1(meaning that the shading is always on for the 24h)
and a control setpoint of 20ºC, with the "OnIfHighOutsideAirTemp"
control, which would override the schedule everytime the out side air
temp is less then 20ºC. This resulted in a higher costs because
supplemental heating is needed for the times where the shading is
always on.

Is there any other alternative to precisely simulate the control
previously described above?

Thanks for the help
Nuno
