[EnergyPlus_Support] How to get Report In HTML format

I am able to get my result in HTML format by add 
REPORT:TABLE:STYLE and define HTML there. But for some reason for 
some file if I follow the same steps I am not able to do for example if u 
take existing example of GSHP in EnergyPlus. Can any body suggest 
what others things I have to do to make sure I have Reports in HTML 
format.
