[EnergyPlus_Support] Invalid Report Meter results

Dear EPlus Forum,

Two different Report Meters in my model report a single hour's value
which is ~1000X the expected value.  In both cases, it occurs just as
the respective "on" cycle ends, so I think there's a problem with
evaluating a near-zero value.

I'll upload the file for your review and will appreciate some
feedback.  At present, I plan to zero out these values and assume that
the results will be correct afterward!

The problem meters are: ExteriorLights:Electricity and	Heating:Gas
