[EnergyPlus_Support] No SVG Output

I have been doing a mock-up of an Induction Unit System for the past few
days.  I think I finally have it, no node errors, actual mass flow rates
through the equipment, etc.  The thing that makes me think I still
haven't gotten it working correctly is the fact that the SVG file isn't
being generated as expected.  It has no flowcharts, only the sentence: 

 

ERROR - COULD NOT COMPLETE DRAWING! Examine ERR file for possible
explanation. Last error message is: "Diagram pieces not linked
(upstream): IND_1 HEATING COIL"

 

Of course the ERR file has nothing obvious that needs fixing, just two
seemingly unrelated warnings.  Can anyone check out my file and give any
comment?
