[EnergyPlus_Support] energy+.idd missing

I got the following error message while running a input data file 
tutorial.idf
Program Version,EnergyPlus 2.1.0.023, 2008-04-14 3:39 PM,

best -- it provides extra help for new users.
   ************* EnergyPlus Terminated--Fatal Error Detected. 0

I downloaded EnergyPlus with all supporting files and documents. Do I 
need to reinstall? How can I fix this error?
