[EnergyPlus_Support] Chiller type: big chiller and little chiller

Hi,
I have a question about chiller type in plant of simulation building.
After checked the example file, there are big chiller and little 
chiller in the plant equipment list.
I wondering difference of those chiller.
I think big chiller is normal chiller such as absortion chiller, turbo 
chiller. 
But I don't understand little chiller and it's functions.
due to this problem, I can't make the plant size and flow rate for 
chiller of little chiller.
A week ago, serious error appeared on const  cop in the little chiller 
field and siumlation didn't run.
Please let me the best way for this problem.
