[EnergyPlus_Support] Error adding zone baseboard

I have added baseboard to a zone which already has vav reheat and
followed the methodology outlined in the example file
VAVSingleDuctReheatBaseboard for connecting the baseboard to the
demand side of the HW Loop and adding the proper branch but i am
getting the following error. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
