[EnergyPlus_Support] Convergence Error - Warning - Exhaust fan (using HVAC Compact Object)

Dear E Plus Team
In my error report the following messages appeared:
What is the meaning? Is this important for the simulation results?
** Severe  ** Loads Initialization did not Converge (CheckWarmupConvergence) after 25 warmup days.
   **   ~~~   ** ..Environment=COIMBRA - PRT IWEC DATA WMO#=085490
   **   ~~~   ** ..Max Temp Comparison=3.63E-002 vs Temperature Convergence Tolerance=2.00E-002 - Fail Convergence
   **   ~~~   ** ..Min Temp Comparison=5.00E-003 vs Temperature Convergence Tolerance=2.00E-002 - Pass Convergence
   **   ~~~   ** ..Max Heat Load Comparison=1.6990E-004 vs Loads Convergence Tolerance=2.00E-002 - Pass Convergence
    What is the meaning?
** Warning ** HEAT EXCHANGER:AIR TO AIR:GENERIC "AHU_2 HEAT RECOVERY"
**   ~~~   ** Average air volume flow rate is <50% or >130% of the nominal HX supply air volume flow rate.
   **   ~~~   ** Air volume flow rate ratio = 4.958E-002. Occurrence info=COIMBRA - PRT IWEC DATA WMO#=085490, 01/17 08:00 - 09:00
How can simulate exhaust fans (Kitchen, WC) using the HVAC Compact System? (I am using version 2.1)
How should I select a certain variable and after that insert a meter to visualize it?
How should I customize a meter report ?
 My Best Regards
    A L
